Connections4Business Cancellation Policy
- Any participant who registers for a Connections4Business event has the right to cancel at any time by sending an e-mail to info@connections4business.co.uk with a written request to cancel. Cancellation requests are only accepted by email. The participant will be refunded in full if he or she cancels 5 days or more from the date of the Connections4Business event. However, if the participant cancels 4 days or fewer to the date of the event, he or she will not receive a refund but can transfer to another event subject to availability. If the participant cancels with 48 hours no transfer or refund will be offered.
- Connections4Business will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on this web site. However, Connections4Business holds the right to cancel and/or change Connections4Business event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to, event venue cancellation or rescheduling, and insufficient number of participants for the event.
- Connections4Business holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. In the event that Connections4Business must cancel the event, you will be refunded your money in full or offered a transfer to another Connections4Business event of your choosing, availability permitting.
