Making a purchase

Just browse the events available on our website and choose the event you wish to attend. Making a purchase could not be easier. Either book by using our on-line booking and payment process or telephone us to book and pay by credit card over the phone.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Electron, Amex and Solo. Diners Club are not accepted.

If the event is a ticketed event your tickets will be posted by first class post. For on-line bookings that do not require tickets, a confirmation email will be sent together with an email receipt for your purchase.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cancellation policy

Any participant who registers for a Connections4business event has the right to cancel at any time by sending an e-mail to info@connections4business.co.uk with a written request to cancel. Cancellation requests are only accepted by email. If the participant gives notice of 14 or more working days prior to the meeting date, he or she will be offered the opportunity to transfer the payment to another meeting or event subject to availability. No transfer or refund will be offered for cancellations of less than 14 working days notice prior to the meeting or event date.

Connections4Business will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on this web site. However, Connections4Business holds the right to cancel and/or change Connections4Business event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to, event venue cancellation or rescheduling, and insufficient number of participants for the event.

Connections4Business holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. In the event that Connections4Business must cancel the event, you will be refunded your money in full or offered a transfer to another Connections4Business event of your choosing, availability permitting.
